Alice Guo is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business. She joined the institution in July 2022 after earning her PhD from Michigan State University in 2022. Her research focuses on interpersonal relationships within and between teams, emphasizing implications for individuals and organizations. She has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and has manuscripts under review in top-tier journals.
