Ryan W. Quinn

Ryan W. Quinn is Associate Professor and Chair of Management and Entrepreneurship at University of Louisville's College of Business, where he also serves as Academic Director of the Center for Positive Leadership. His research investigates leadership development, organizational change, workplace learning, and performance enhancement through human-centered approaches.

Quinn's publications analyze organizational learning from success, emotional intelligence in network evolution, and performance improvement strategies. He teaches leadership and management principles across undergraduate, MBA, and executive education programs while consulting for Fortune 500 companies and government institutions.
