Dr. Tony Bridwell serves as a Part-Time Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University, teaching Executive Leadership to MBA students. With 25+ years of global organizational consulting experience, he currently acts as Chief Talent Officer for The Encompass Group, leading their organizational consulting practice and E3 Leadership Academy. Previously, he held Chief People Officer roles at Ryan, LLC and Brinker International, and was a Senior Partner with Culture Partners.
His educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Intelligence and Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business and HR and Master of Business Administration.
Dr. Bridwell's research centers on culture-driven organizational transformation, exploring how purpose-aligned leadership frameworks optimize talent ecosystems. His work bridges academic theory with practical applications in employee experience design, cross-cultural team dynamics, and sustainable culture evolution within global enterprises.
