Sarah Brien

Sarah Brien is a Principal Enterprise Fellow at the University of Southampton, specializing in qualitative research methodologies. She serves as a Qualitative Research Advisor for the NIHR Research Design Service South Central and Site Lead for RDS Portsmouth. Her work focuses on managing long-term conditions and complementary medicine, with current emphasis on a NIHR-funded feasibility trial evaluating prophylactic blood transfusion strategies in pregnant women with sickle cell disease.
