Sarah Brady is an Associate Professor of Flute and Contemporary Music at Boston Conservatory at Berklee and professor of flute at UMass Lowell and UMass Boston. As a principal flute with Boston Modern Orchestra Project and Odyssey Opera, she performs with major ensembles like Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops while commissioning and premiering works by top composers.
- Education: Artist Diploma (2002) and Master of Music (2000) from Longy School of Music, Bachelor of Music (1998) from University of Connecticut
Her research focuses on contemporary classical music, new music pedagogy, and woodwind performance innovation. Recordings span over 40 orchestral works with labels like Naxos and BMOP/sound, including Grammy-nominated performances.

- Pappoutsakis Flute Competition Second Place (1999, 2001)

As a contemporary music advocate, Brady mentors students in developing versatile musical toolkits through exposure to diverse styles, preparing them for 21st-century performance careers. She actively performs with ensembles like Fromm Players at Harvard and Brave New Works.
