Sara Bagur Pons

Sara Bagur Pons is an Assistant Professor and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). She holds a PhD in Education from UIB, with a thesis on Intervention Models in Early Childhood Care. Her educational background includes a Primary Education degree with an Extraordinary Award (2019), a Master's in Early Childhood (2020), and a Specialist qualification in Early Childhood Care. She leads and collaborates on multiple research projects, including early intervention models, family-centered practices, and educational policy. Her academic roles include teaching courses on curriculum design, research methodologies, and inclusive education.
