Sandra Thurman is a Lecturer at the Hubert Department of Global Health, Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University. She currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer in the U.S. State Department's Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy, while on leave from Emory. She is also Director of the Joseph W. Blount Center for Health and Human Rights and President of the International AIDS Trust.
