Timothy H. Holtz, MD, MPH, is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Hubert Department of Global Health, Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University. With a career spanning decades, he has contributed to tuberculosis (TB) control, health and human rights, and HIV/AIDS research globally.
- Education: St. Olaf College, University of Iowa Medical School, Harvard University/Cambridge Hospital (primary care medicine training).
- Core research areas: Global health, TB (including MDR/XDR TB), HIV/AIDS, health policy, human rights, and preventive medicine.
