Sandeep Gupta

Sandeep Gupta, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell Biology at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. He leads a research laboratory located at the Katz Group Centre, focusing on human stem cell models of neural development and neurodevelopmental disorders. His lab is actively involved in pioneering research in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neural diversity, and regenerative medicine, supported by affiliations with the Women and Children’s Health Research Institute (WCHRI).
