Dr Sam Farley is a Senior Lecturer in Work Psychology at the Sheffield University Management School (University of Sheffield). His research focuses on workplace bullying, cyberbullying, and employee well-being, with particular attention to perpetrator behaviors, intervention strategies, and team communication dynamics. Prior to his current role, he served as an Associate Professor at the University of Leeds Business School.
