Sir Roy M. Anderson is a Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Imperial College London, where he has held academic and leadership roles since 2000. He previously served as Rector of Imperial College London (2008-2010), Chief Scientific Adviser to the UK Ministry of Defence (2004-2008), and Head of Departments at Imperial College and the University of Oxford.
