Roy Anderson is Professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at Imperial College London's School of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Centre for Neglected Tropical Disease Research and holds prestigious affiliations including the MRC Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis. His interdisciplinary work bridges medicine, biology, mathematics, and computation.

He was knighted in 2006.
