Rocchina Covucci is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Accounting at the University of Southampton's Southampton Business School, teaching Introduction to Accounting and Finance (level 4) and Management Accounting 3 (level 6) while serving as PG Admission Tutor for postgraduate admissions oversight.

She actively contributes to the Centre for Research in Accounting, Accountability and Governance; Centre for Accounting Education (CAE); and Centre of Excellence in Sustainability Accounting and Reporting (CESAR), with prior research analyzing tele-radiotherapy cancer systems and Chinese accounting harmonization dynamics.
With over ten years in top-tier accountancy firms and industry roles, she integrates practical expertise in auditing, financial reporting, corporate finance, and management accounting into student supervision and teaching, effectively bridging theoretical concepts with real-world application.
