Roberta K. Flowers is a Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law, where she teaches courses including Criminal Procedure, Ethics and the Practice of Criminal Law, Ethics in the Practice of Elder Law, Evidence, and Professional Responsibility. She previously served as the William Reece Smith Jr. Distinguished Professor in Professionalism and Director of the Center for Excellence in Advocacy, coaching trial teams, arbitration teams, and moot court teams to national championships.

Research Interests: Professor Flowers focuses on ethics and professionalism in legal practice, particularly in elder law and criminal law. Her work explores ethical confidentiality rules, attorney roles in financial exploitation, and witness preparation standards. Her scholarship has been published in journals like the NAELA Journal, Stetson Law Review, and Nebraska Law Review.
