Rebecca C. Morgan

Rebecca C. Morgan is a Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law, specializing in Elder Law. She teaches courses such as Trusts and Estates, Elder Law Seminar, and LLM Law & Aging. Her research focuses on elder financial exploitation prevention, guardianship reform, and special needs trusts.
