Michael T. Davis is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University's Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. He is a partner at Kuehne Davis Law, P.A., specializing in complex state and federal litigation. Davis holds a B.A. from Stetson University and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Research and Practice Focus: Davis concentrates on appellate advocacy, criminal defense, and complex litigation. His career includes roles as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, service in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Appellate Division, and trial experience in federal and state courts. He has argued before the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and multiple district courts of appeal.
