Benedict P. Kuehne is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, St. Thomas University. He holds a B.A. from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Known as the 'Iron Lawyer,' he specializes in complex white collar criminal defense, civil trials, and election law, with notable representation in the 2000 U.S. Presidential Election recount and a landmark $155 million whistleblower verdict. His expertise spans appellate advocacy, public policy litigation, and ethics proceedings.
