Robert Tordoff is an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities at York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. He teaches ancient Greek and Roman literature, history, culture, and the Ancient Greek and Latin languages. His office is located at Founders College 144.
Education: PhD from Cambridge University and BA from Oxford University.
Research focuses on Classics with emphases on Labour, Slavery, Social memory, Classical Tradition, and Ancient Greek Literature and History. His work bridges classical studies and contemporary social analysis.
