Richard Vincent serves as a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University's School of Management, leveraging over 35 years of high-tech industry experience primarily with Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He specializes in key account management and sales transformation, having established HP's OEM group for Nearline Data Storage in 1996 serving clients like IBM and Oracle.
His research focuses on optimizing customer relationships for complex global enterprises, with expertise in business transformation, profitability enhancement, and building culturally diverse customer-focused teams. He addresses challenges in simultaneously serving multiple demanding clients with divergent requirements through pioneering approaches and program turnarounds.

Vincent co-directs the Sales Leaders' Think Tank and develops Level 7 Mastership courses in sales with Cranfield and the APS.
