Rhonda Fowler is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University, serving as the EAHR Undergraduate Leader and Internship Coordinator since 2015. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Human Resource Development from Texas A&M. Her work focuses on fostering inclusive educational environments, career development, and mentoring for underrepresented groups, including first-generation students and minorities.
Research interests include racial equity in education, mentorship programs for staff and students, and improving access to educational opportunities. She leads initiatives such as the School of Education and Human Development staff mentoring program and programming for students of color.
