Paul Roberts

Paul B. Roberts is a Professor and Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development (HRD) at The University of Texas at Tyler’s Soules College of Business. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Human Resource Development (Ed.D.) from Texas A&M University, alongside an M.Ed. and B.S. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. His research emphasizes Virtual HRD, HRD program demographics, and technology integration in education. Roberts has secured over $1 million in grants and serves as UT Tyler’s Faculty Athletic Representative.
