Julie Delello is a Professor in The Academy at the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Curriculum and Instruction (Texas A&M University), an MA in Education Administration (University of Texas of the Permian Basin), and a BS in Biology (University of Texas of the Permian Basin). Her research focuses on educational technology, including AI integration, eSports impacts, cross-cultural collaborations, and special needs interventions. She teaches courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, emphasizing technology-driven pedagogy and professional learning.
Key research areas include: Response to Intervention strategies for neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum), virtual science museum development, and disruptive technologies in education. She has been recognized with the University of Texas System Regents' Outstanding Teaching Award for her innovative instructional approaches.
