Dr Renée Mickelburgh is a Lecturer in Strategic Communication at the School of Communication and Arts, University of Queensland (UQ). Her research focuses on Australian women's communication of gender and environmental justice through digital storytelling, with additional interests in AI's impact on communication practices, human rights advocacy, and professional implications for vulnerable communities.
