Dr. Rayan Saleh Moussa is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the IMPACCT research centre within UTS Faculty of Health, serving as National Manager of the Palliative Care Clinical Studies Collaborative and Cancer Symptom Trials. She holds a PhD in cancer therapeutics from the University of Sydney.
Her research focuses on improving preclinical-to-clinical translation in cancer symptom interventions. Current projects include:
- Diversity in cancer clinical trials (CALD representation)
- Bright light therapy for delirium prevention
- Malignant wound management (Honey on Wounds project)
Her publications focus on cancer symptom management, health equity, and molecular oncology, demonstrating consistent interest in translational approaches to improve patient quality of life.
