Rand Quinn is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as Faculty Director of Civic House and the Civic Scholars Program. His work bridges political sociology with education policy, focusing on school desegregation, urban reform, social capital, and civic engagement. A former community organizer and nonprofit leader, Quinn holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy from Stanford University and was a University of California President’s Postdoctoral Fellow.
