Dee Asaah is an interdisciplinary researcher, educator, and entrepreneur affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE). He currently co-teaches “Foundations of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum: Curriculum, Equity, and Participatory Inquiry” at Penn GSE, blending academic theory with his decade of corporate experience in training and operations management.

- Founder & CEO of The Asaah Group, LLC (corporate training & multimedia publishing)
- Co-founder & Executive Director of the Nawee Afrika Education Foundation (supports African youth education)
Research Focus: Dee’s work intersects literacy, educational development, and neuroscience. His doctoral research involved designing an online tutoring program during the early pandemic, partnering with a Philadelphia nonprofit. He also explores conceptualizations of success, including studies on Jack Canfield’s “Success Principles” framework.
