Harris Sokoloff is a Lecturer in the Department of City & Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania's Stuart Weitzman School of Design. He specializes in civic engagement, deliberative democracy, and community development, with a focus on public education reform and urban planning. Dr. Sokoloff leads projects such as Citizen Voices, which earned the National Batten Award for Civic Journalism, and directs the Civic Engagement Institute at Penn GSE.
