Ram Mohan Pisharodi is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the School of Business Administration, Oakland University. He joined the university in 1989 and previously taught at Virginia Tech, Ohio State University, and the University of Michigan. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Transportation & Logistics and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and Panjab University, and a B.Sc. from Haryana Agricultural University.
Dr. Pisharodi’s research focuses on International Marketing, Relationship Marketing Strategy, the Marketing-Logistics Interface, Supply Chain Management, and B2B Distribution Channels. He has received numerous teaching and service awards, including the Paul F. Lorenz Teaching Excellence Award (2003) and multiple Distinguished Service Awards from Oakland University. His work emphasizes cross-cultural studies, country-of-origin effects, and experiential learning through global study tours.
