Dr. Ivan Russo is a Full Professor of Business Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the University of Verona, Italy. He holds leadership roles as Director of the PhD Programme in Accounting and Management (University of Verona & Udine) and Vice-Director of the Department of Management. His research focuses on supply chain management, circular economy, reverse logistics, and the interplay between marketing and logistics. He co-edits the International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management and directs the LOOP Research Center on Circular Economy.
Research Interests: His work explores closed-loop supply chains, logistics service quality, B2B marketing dynamics, and digital transformation. He employs methods like Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) and case study research. Key themes include sustainability, supply chain resilience, and consumer engagement in circular practices.
