Rahul Chauhan serves as Associate Professor of Management and McCray Professor of Business at West Texas A&M University's Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business, Department of Management, Marketing and General Business. He joined the institution in 2015 after completing his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Oklahoma, where he also earned his M.A. Prior to that, he received a B.S. in Psychology with Management minor from the University of Texas at Dallas.
His research focuses on critical intersections of workplace psychology and modern business challenges, particularly social media's impact on organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and ethical decision-making. Dr. Chauhan's work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical HR applications, examining how digital transformation reshapes employee selection, organizational commitment, and workplace efficiency in post-pandemic environments.
Dr. Chauhan's scholarly contributions include 15 significant publications from 2013-2025 spanning leadership ethics, social media screening, and organizational resilience. His work demonstrates consistent evolution from foundational personnel psychology topics toward contemporary issues like pandemic workplace adaptation and digital ethics, with increasing interdisciplinary collaboration.
