Kelly McCauley serves as the Engler Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Marketing and General Business at West Texas A&M University's Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business. She joined the university in 2014 and was named to the prestigious Engler Professorship in 2019, reflecting her significant contributions to the field of management education and research.
Dr. McCauley's research focuses on authentic leadership, charismatic leadership, emotional labor, and social psychological theories of the self. Her scholarly work has appeared in top-tier journals including Leadership Quarterly, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and Management Teaching Review. She employs innovative methodologies and has developed several teaching activities that enhance student learning in organizational behavior and leadership courses.
