Rachel Lewis is a Lecturer in People and Organisations: Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at the School of Management, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Swansea University. She is an active academic with research and teaching focused on employment relations, strategic HRM, and workplace wellbeing. She is also the Director of Academic Integrity at the School of Management and an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Her research explores the dynamics between management initiatives and employee responses, particularly in the context of wellbeing programs, and how these intersect with broader employment relations. Teaching and Supervision: Rachel teaches core modules such as Managing People (MN-1006), Strategic Human Resource Management (MN-M062), and Employment Relations and Wellbeing (MN-M598). She is available for postgraduate supervision and currently supervises a PhD student investigating wellbeing in a third-sector housing association across a merger process.
Leadership: She holds a leadership role as the Academic Integrity Lead for the School of Management, underscoring her commitment to academic standards and ethical scholarship.
