Rachel E Sturm serves as Associate Dean at Wright State University's Raj Soin College of Business, affiliated with the Department of Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Management. Previously Chair of the Management and International Business Department, she joined the university in 2014 as Assistant Professor and received the 2016 university-wide Presidential Award for Early Career Achievement.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Houston and a B.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude) with Business Management minor and International Studies certificate from Binghamton University.
