Professor Rachael Walsh is an Associate Professor and Fellow at Trinity College Dublin's School of Law, specializing in constitutional and property law. She serves as the Law School's Director of Global Engagement and Erasmus Coordinator. Previously, she held roles as a Lecturer at King's College London and an Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin. Her research focuses on the intersection of constitutional law, property rights, and environmental policy, addressing challenges like climate change and housing affordability.
