Alan Eustace is an Assistant Professor of Law at Trinity College Dublin (TCD), holding degrees from TCD and the University of Oxford. He was a Fellow of Magdalen College, Oxford until 2024. His research focuses on employment law, human rights law, industrial relations, and constitutional law, with funding from the Irish Research Council and the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC).
