Dr. Phil Bryant is a Professor of Management and Marketing at Columbus State University's Turner College of Business. Holding a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Memphis, an MBA from Belhaven University, and an MA in Applied Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, his work spans human resource management, servant leadership, and compensation strategies.
