Peter A. Langton serves as an Assistant Professor of Management and Data Analytics and Assistant Professor of Talent and Human Resources Management at Stonehill College’s Meehan School. With a career spanning corporate leadership and academia, he joined Stonehill in 2024 after 20 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Pierce Aluminum, where he expanded the company from a regional distributor to a national manufacturer. His expertise includes leadership development, organizational strategy, and human resources.

Langton’s research focuses on organizational behavior and industrial psychology, with practical applications in group performance and strategic planning. He teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Industrial and Organizational Psychology, blending academic theory with real-world corporate experience. Prior to his corporate role, he worked in student affairs at Mary Washington College and The George Washington University, including roles as therapist and Resident Director.
