Suzanne K. Edinger, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Stonehill College, where she joined the faculty in August 2016. She serves as the Business Administration Minor Coordinator and teaches courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, and teamwork.

Edinger’s research explores how workplace relationships—both positive and negative—influence individual and team creativity and performance. She employs social network methodology to analyze interpersonal dynamics in organizational settings, with a focus on cross-cultural management challenges. Her work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology.
She has previously held roles in human resources and facility administration at General Mills, HealthSouth, and Balanced Care, before transitioning to academia. Prior to Stonehill, she was a faculty member at Nottingham University Business School in the United Kingdom.
