Dr. Paul Owen is a Professor of Bible and Ministry Studies at Montreat College, part of the Faculty of Christianity, Culture, and Human Expression. He holds a B.A. from Life Pacific College (1993), M.A. from Biola University’s Talbot School of Theology (1997), and a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh (2000).
