Paul Hibbert is Professor of Management at the University of St Andrews and an Honorary Professor at the University of Auckland. He has held significant leadership roles including Head of School, Dean of Arts & Divinity, and interim Vice-Principal for Education. His research focuses on management and leadership learning, with a special emphasis on reflexivity, reflexive practice, and qualitative research approaches.
