Dr. Guy Huber is a Senior Lecturer at the Oxford Brookes Business School, specializing in critical management studies. He holds a PhD in Organization Studies and additional qualifications including an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and a PG Cert in Teaching in Higher Education. His research explores discourse, power dynamics, ethics, identity work, autoethnography, and reflexivity in organizational contexts.
