Paul Hare

Dr. Paul Hare is a Senior Lecturer and Year Abroad Coordinator in the School of Humanities at the University of Strathclyde, and Professional Development Officer at Scotland's National Centre for Languages (SCILT) within the School of Education. He holds a PhD from Trinity College and a BA from the University of Strathclyde. His research focuses on language acquisition in Scotland and literary/artistic patronage in Italian Renaissance courts, contributing to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education. He has coordinated the Generation Global project, enhancing multilingual workforce development through EU funding. His roles include teaching Italian language/history, managing academic programs, and collaborating with global institutions like the British Council and Italian Embassy.
