Oscar Rodriguez Fernandez is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Greenwich under the School of Management and Marketing. Since 2020, he has pursued his PhD under the supervision of Dr. Samantha Chaperon, Professor Neeru Malhotra, and Dr. Mazia Yassim, focusing on the development of smart tourism destinations.
- Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Tourism Management from University of East London
- Master of Science in International Business Management from University of East London
His research explores the integration of technology and sustainability in tourism destination management. Prior to his PhD, he contributed to the development of tourism initiatives at James Cook University in Australia and gained extensive hotel management experience.
