Orlando Scarcello is an Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law, specializing in European Union Law, Comparative Federalism, and Constitutional Law. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (2020), an LL.M. from the European University Institute (2017), and a Master’s degree from the University of Pisa (2015).
