Professor On Kit Tam is a Professor of Finance at RMIT University and Vice President of the Australia China Business Council Victoria. His academic journey includes prior roles as Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor (Business International) at RMIT and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. He has held visiting/adjunct positions at global universities and served as a PhD lead supervisor at UNSW, ANU, Monash, and RMIT, mentoring students who earned prestigious research awards. His research focuses on corporate governance, China’s economic reforms, foreign investment, and capital markets, yielding significant grants and awards.
