Olubisi Ige

Olubisi Ige is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Project Management at the School of Built Environment and Architecture, London South Bank University. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, alongside B.Eng and MSc degrees from Nigeria. His expertise spans over 20 years in construction, education, and research. As Academic Integrity Coordinator and Ethics Lead, he oversees ethical standards in the Construction, Property, and Surveying division.

His work aligns with UN SDGs, emphasizing environmental and socio-economic resilience.

Recent studies include the use of recycled waste glass in compressed earth blocks and the impact of work experience on academic professional development. He actively supervises PhD students and champions pedagogical innovations like flipped learning to enhance student engagement and employability.

He is a member of the Integrated Delivery of the Built Environment (IDoBE) research centre, collaborating on projects addressing industry challenges and policy frameworks.
