Prof. Nina Kolleck holds the Chair of Civic Education and Education Policy at Leipzig University. She previously held professorships at RWTH Aachen and Freie Universität Berlin, and served as a visiting professor at the University of California Berkeley, University of British Columbia, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv University. Her research integrates political and educational sciences with advanced quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Her work is supported by the DFG, Max Planck Society, BMBF, and various foundations. In 2019, she shared the ARCHES Prize with Dr. Yemini for exceptional collaborative research excellence.
Key areas of focus include civic education policy design, comparative education systems, and methodological innovation in social science research.
