Nikodem Szumilo is Associate Professor in Economics and Finance of the Built Environment at The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London (UCL). He serves as Director of the Bartlett Real Estate Institute and founded the MSc in Real Estate Economics and Investment Analysis (2021).
