Stanimira Milcheva

Stanimira Milcheva is a Professor of Real Estate Finance at University College London's Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction. Her research bridges financial economics and real estate, focusing on institutional investment in affordable housing, spatial dynamics of asset pricing, and policy evaluation.
