Nicole Pulliam, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Counseling and Leadership at Monmouth University. She holds roles such as Chair of the School of Education’s Social Justice Advocacy Committee and advisor to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Her research focuses on mental health of underrepresented students, impostor phenomenon, and college readiness for low-income populations. She teaches courses like Access and Equity in Education and Diversity and Social Justice.
Education: Ph.D. in Counselor Education (Montclair State University), M.A. in Counseling (Montclair State), B.A. in Psychology (Ramapo College).

Professional Activities: Publishes in journals like Journal of Multicultural Counseling & Development, co-edits book chapters on systemic racism and intersectionality. Frequently presents at ACA, NASPA, and ACES conferences.
